Jeep trip, part 3

???????????????????????????????

Going on trips like the big one that we went on, there is always something happening. We were 16 cars and of course some of them did “break down”, ours included. The good thing about going with very experienced drivers is that there is always someone to help you fix your car when something breaks. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but our beloved car “occasionally” breaks a little when we’re away on longer trips. One of the reason I think is that it’s kind of an old car and also there were quite a few years when Doddi was living in Denmark and the car was just standing still without no one to take it out for a drive, and that’s of course never good for a car. But luckily we (or maybe I should say Doddi) has often been able to fix the car on site and we have continued on. So if you have a Super Jeep it’s definitely a good thing to be a “hobby mechanic” 😉

I can’t remember exactly how many cars “broke” during this trip, but I do remember our car breaking 🙂 What exactly happened I don’t know because I’m not that interested in car mechanics, but I think it had something to do with the 4-wheel drive or something like that. Luckily it wasn’t really bad and Doddi, with the help of some of the other guys, managed to fix the broken part  and we could continue on. I was of course very happy about that it was fixable, I did not want to have to leave the car behind and then come back some other day to pick it up. We actually didn’t have any cars break that much that it had to be left behind. All cars got fixed on site and all of us could drive our own cars home at the end of our great trip! 🙂
