Icelandic traditions

Yesterday was “Bollurdagur” here in Iceland and of course we had to celebrate it by buying some Bollur 🙂 Last year Doddi made them himself but he didn’t have time to bake this year so we just bought some at the bakery, but I must say that they were not as good as the ones Doddi makes 😉 Still they were very tasty 🙂

We of course had to try some different ones to see which ones were the most tasty

    • That is funny 🙂 We have something a bit different in Sweden called “Semla” which you’re supposed to eat today.
But the Icelandic Bollur are very good, and I have saved one which I will have as desert tonight 😉

    • Hard to say, they were all very good. But anything with chocolate on it will probably always be my favourite 😉 But the pink one with Strawberry flavour didn’t come far behind!
